Common questions
Didn’t find yours? Write it in the sign-up form and we’ll talk it through when we call.
How do employees order?
In Telegram, with nothing to install. Tomorrow’s menu opens today at 12:00. Everyone picks their own dishes and utensils and can change or cancel until 10:30 the next day. The bot reminds them when the menu opens and when it’s about to close.
What time does lunch arrive?
Each office has its own delivery window, for example 12:30–13:00. The kitchen cooks the hot dishes for that time, and one courier brings everything. When lunch arrives, the bot tells everyone.
How much does lunch cost?
Kitchens set their prices, and every dish shows its price on the menu.
Who pays, and how?
The company. Every Monday it gets one invoice for the week before, broken down by day and by person and made out to its legal entity. It’s paid by bank transfer, due Friday. Nobody collects money from employees.
Which kitchens cook?
Kitchens near your office, checked and with a good reputation. The company admin picks the kitchen for each day and sees the team’s ratings.
Which days and districts do you cover?
Monday to Saturday, except public holidays. We’re opening step by step, starting where offices and a kitchen are close together. Sign up and you’ll be among the first to hear when your district opens.
Who is behind Tabletop?
Tabletop is a Bozorly project. Bozorly is an AI chef app for families in Uzbekistan: it plans a week of meals and turns them into a shopping list with prices. It’s on iPhone and Android.
